Off Day Performance Psychology
mental performance consulting service

The Why behind "Off Day"
1. Nobody is perfect and everyone has days in which they feel "OFF" - whether their performance is off, or their mood is off. Whatever it may be - here at Off Day we can help talk through the "OFF" feeling or performance. IT'S OKAY TO HAVE OFF DAYS!
2. You usually only get one to two days off a week - a day to rest, recharge and refuel. This day is a great time while letting your body rest to train your brain through a mental performance session with us.

Founder and Primary Mental Performance Coach
my WHY
My own Division 1 athletic experience sparked an interest in sport psychology and after losing 2 fellow athletes to suicide in college I knew I wanted to commit to a career in the field. Since then, more and more athletes have lost their lives and many still struggle in silence and I want to be a resource to help manage the mental side of sport. Performance outcomes connect heavily to mental skills and techniques!
I've felt the effects of talking to a mental performance consultant myself and saw improvements in my own game and happiness, therefore I hope to do the same for someone else!
